Thanksgiving Stuffing

Ingredients

8 cups of bread cubed
2 T butter
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1/2 large onion or 1 medium onion, chopped
3 ribs of celery, chopped
1 t thyme
1 t paprika
3/4 t sage
1 t rosemary
2 t parseley
2 T fresh sage, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1.5 c vegetable stock

Directions

Mix the bread crumbs and dry spices in a bowl

Spread the bread cubes on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 until golden. Stir occasionally

Reduce oven temp to 350

In a frying pan, melt butter and cook onions, garlic, and celery until soft, about 10-15 minutes

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients and then add in stock.

Bake in a casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray for about 1 hour covered.
